We can get you a project estimate the same day we visit your business or home to look at your roofing project.

We certainly can. Storm Damage Specialists are highly trained roofing experts. We haven't yet met a roof we can't fix.

Each roof is different. Your roof will have normal wear and tear along with any damage you may have incurred. We'll take a look and give you an honest recommendation. If your roof can be repaired safely and give you a few more years we'll always recommend the more cost-saving option for our customers.

Yes. We have not only been through the process many times with our customers, but we know how to make sure your insurance carrier will pay the full claim that your policy offers. If you would like to learn more about the claims process, visit our Insurance Covered Roof Repairs page, or give us a call.

No. We treat your home like it's our own property. We understand you've spent a lot of money and time making your yard beautiful. We're very careful around landscaping, vegetation, statues, patios and any other items you have in your yard.

Absolutely. Unlike other roofing contractors, we create a "floating" schedule for our crews. That means we are likely to get a crew to your home within a day or two. We always try to work around your schedule.

Not usually. We ask that you stay out of the way of our crew for safety purposes. But we do not use hazardous materials or anything that will cause an unsafe environment. You will hear our equipment and may have to avoid a waste collection dumpster as we are working.

We pride ourselves in keeping our customer's property neat and clean. While there will be equipment and new roofing materials as well as supplies about, we are constantly cleaning up after ourselves. In fact, several times a day you will see one of our crew with a magnet picking up any nails or other debris. If your project goes more than one day, we will tidy up the work site each night until we are finished.

For sure. We encounter a lot of property owners in Arizona with solar panels on the roof. If your solar panels are leased, we'll work with the leasing company to be sure the panels are temporarily removed and replaced properly. If you own your solar panels, we have several solar experts who will manage the process.

No, your insurance company will complete their own inspection. They may send an insurance adjuster or even use a drone to inspect your roof, then they will approve your claim.

It’s our opinion, to protect from the harsh Arizona sun, flat roofs should be coated every 3-5 years.

Different roofing systems come with different warranties. At a minimum, we warranty labor defects for 2 years and material defects for 30 years. Some products come with 10 year labor warranties and 59 year material warranties.

While this company has only been in business for almost 3 years, both partners have extensive experience in the industry. We have a combined 40 plus years of experience and the qualifying party has been licensed in Arizona since 2015.

Roofing, like anything else in life, comes with good, better, best type options. From affordable replacement options, to top of the line new products, we can install the roofing system that fits your budget.

We have found it’s usually best to replace your roof before it starts leaking. Roof leaks can create chaos inside your home, leaving your possessions exposed to the elements is a recipe for disaster. Water loves to find dark warm areas, and with a little heat, which we get a ton of in Arizona, this can creates the necessary conditions for mold to grow.

It’s best to start planning your roof replacement prior to this happening.

Most leaks can be fixed. There are too many variables to be able to answer that question here, but unless your roof is very old or falling apart, chances are repairs can be made.
