In fact, several times a day you will see one of our crew with a magnet picking up any nails or other debris. If your project goes more than one day, we will tidy up the work site each night until we are finished.

We have found it’s usually best to replace your roof before it starts leaking. Roof leaks can create chaos inside your home, leaving your possessions exposed to the elements is a recipe for disaster. Water loves to find dark warm areas, and with a little heat, which we get a ton of in Arizona, this can creates the necessary conditions for mold to grow.
It’s best to start planning your roof replacement prior to this happening.
Most leaks can be fixed. There are too many variables to be able to answer that question here, but unless your roof is very old or falling apart, chances are repairs can be made.
